With open JDK 17, petascope with spring Boot 1.5.2 cannot support it anymore. Hence, it needs to update petascope to spring Boot 2.7.x to be able to support both java 11 and java 17.
This will break some changes because Spring Booth changed between versions.
NOTE: some settings will be changed in petascope.properties and update_properties.sh script should do that internally.
