"I checked all EPSG worldwide Vertical CRSs (i.e., 5714, 5715, 5829, 5831, 5861 to 5874), and they all are missing except 5714 and 5715." (by Alex Birger)

The database has been updated in changeset:86ded3a , I've checked and all these CRSs are now in there.

The SECORE GML dictionary of EPSG definition (`secore/secore-core/etc/') seems to miss some geo-element due to missing change requests.
E.g. change request EPSG:2011.047 adds, amongst the other, the CRSs 5829 and 5831:
but this is missing in SECORE: http://kahlua.eecs.jacobs-university.de:8080/def/change-request/EPSG/0/browse.jsp
